GO: How far in advance does a couple need to reserve a wedding date?
A: Your exclusive wedding date reservation will depend on the quantity of your guests. All weddings at Las Ventanas al Paraiso are usually 6 months reserved in advance; however, if there is flexibility in the dates, there are always exceptions.
GO: Are onsite wedding planners available for the wedding process?
A: Certainly, we provide wedding planner services through the Romance Department, who has a specialized team to make every wedding wish come true!
GO: Are accommodations and buyouts available? What is the capacity limit?
A: We do have accommodations and buyouts available. Las Ventanas counts with marvelous Junior Suites, Villas, and Signature Villas with stunning ocean views and extraordinary design. In addition to this, Las Ventanas al Paraiso offers the Ty Warner Mansion which is an incomparable "place to be." We have the privilege of hosting weddings of all sizes, from small elopements to weddings up to 250 guests.
GO: What spaces are available for ceremonies and receptions?
A: We offer multiple unique venues where your wedding will be remembered as "a living canvas." The most iconic location for ceremonies at Las Ventanas is La Plaza, an open-air terrace with panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez. We also have other outstanding locations such as the beach, our wine cellar La Cava, La Pergola which is a more intimate terrace, the conference center, and Arbol, one of our most enchanting and sophisticated restaurants on site.
GO: What are some of the amenities, incentives and activities the property offers a couple?
A: We believe that each of our couples are uniquely special and we create personalized journeys to achieve that. Romantic amenities are planned to detail like romantic turndowns, champagne and truffles, and a hand-tooled leather photo album - everything done according to the special occasion. The Romance Department offers a menu which includes a selection of the resort's unique, sentimental offerings, from creating your own fireworks display to literally "sleeping under the stars."
