A: Seaside Glamour Luxury
GOWS: How far in advance does a couple need to reserve a wedding date?
A: Normally it is 12-14 months in advance, but if we do have an opening we will be happy to accommodate a wedding sooner.
GOWS: Are onsite wedding planners available for the wedding process?
A: Yes, we have a great team that will be able to assist you along the way. Our staffing will include your event specialist team that helps you with the details, a greeter at your entrance gate, a bridal attendant, a venue manager, a banquet captain, all servers and bartenders and culinary team.
GOWS: Are accommodations and buyouts available? What is the capacity limit?
A: No, there is not accommodations onsite, however we have beautiful luxury hotels very near by.
GOWS: What are some of the incentives that the property offers a couple?
A: Since we are an exclusive event only location and do not have accommodations, we offer great value to the wedding day. The “Site Fee” covers round tables, white Chiavari chairs, gift table, escort card table, set up/breakdown, the adjacent outdoor lawn space and fire pit with seating, white floor length linens, white coordinating napkins, glassware, china, and silverware.

A: The experience of wedding menu planning can be very exciting and memorable, but it can also be a bit overwhelming. At Longwood Events we strive to make this process enjoyable, helpful and as easy as possible. Your personal event specialist will guide you through the process providing advice, expertise and suggestions to create the perfect menu just for you. Our talented chefs are also available to consult and assist you in the menu process. Our culinary team has many years of experience and a wealth of knowledge to help you with your choices as well as any custom creations you want.
