GO: When is your busiest time of year, and how far in advance should couples book Aurora Anguilla for a wedding if they hope to secure a date during those months?

A: The Hotel's busiest time is during our festive season, which is from December until March. I will recommend 6 months in advance; however if a date is secured, we can check our availability as soon as possible to accommodate the date.

GO: Is there a type of wedding aesthetic or decor scheme that fits best with your venue?

A: Our venue spaces for weddings ceremonies are usually a beautiful lawn or a tranquil beach which are versatile and are adjustable to most themes of most weddings, where the decorations will be sourced by a decor company that can accommodate the chosen theme of the wedding.

GO: In what type(s) of cuisine does your culinary team specialize? Are dishes and drinks available for customization?

A: We have 6 restaurants on property that caters to different cuisines whether it may be Japanese cuisines, Italian cuisines, local Anguillan cuisines, classic favorites with local ingredients and beachside bites and sips. In terms of customization, when it comes to allergies and dietary restrictions, the culinary team will customize and make the necessary adjustments. If there is a timely discussion with the culinary team with what is preferred, it may be possible to customize cuisines and drinks which are subject to availability of items and time frame.

GO: What facilities, restaurants, or catering options do you have available for wedding week events like welcome dinners or post-wedding farewell brunches?

A: We do have the Rendezvous Beach and the Merrywing lawn as options for the ceremony. For any cocktail receptions, we usually utilize Breezes Restaurant. For welcome dinners and post wedding brunches, the venue may vary based on the number of persons. We can utilize Breezes Restaurant for any wedding farewell brunche, our hydroponic farm lawn for smaller capacity dinners, and we also can use the Pavillion Tent for the welcome dinners.

GO: Does Aurora Anguilla offer property buyouts for weddings?

A:
Yes, a property buyout can be feasible. However, a buyout cannot conflict with any of our already established events, clients, and social groups. A buyout will be allowed based on the availability of space and time frame.
