When heading up to our second floor lobby, you are greeted with the bold, site specific commissioned work from Sol LeWitt – an extraordinary Loopy Doopy (Blue and Purple) painting, spanning 13 stories in the Atrium.

GO: When is your busiest time of year, and how far in advance should couples book if they hope to secure a date during those months?
A: The busiest time of year for weddings are traditionally Spring and Fall. We recommend that couples plan at least 12 months in advance, so they can secure their desired dates.
GO: Is there a type of luxury city wedding that fits best with your venue? (i.e. Traditional, glamorous, bohemian, rustic, etc.)
A: Conrad New York Downtown is a modern, elegant venue. However, the best part of the hotel, is that the space can be transformed into any vision a couple may have in mind. The wide open spaces, striking architecture, and subtle décor lend themselves to any kind of transformation.

A: At Conrad New York Downtown, we work with an exclusive culinary partner, Danny Myers’ Union Square Events. The team’s expert chefs prepare restaurant style and quality food in a banquet setting; thus, the teams’ specialization is customization.

GO: What facilities, restaurants, or catering options do you have available for wedding week events like welcome dinners or post-wedding farewell brunches?
A: At Conrad New York Downtown, we have 11 different banquet spaces, which can be transformed to accommodate a variety of events, such as welcome dinners, rehearsal dinners, pictures, brunches and more. The hotel’s three meal restaurant, ATRIO Wine Bar & Restaurant, can serve as a venue for a more casual reception or gathering. Our popular, seasonal rooftop bar, Loopy Doopy, is open during select times throughout Spring and Summer.
