A Romantic Destination Wedding At The Ritz-Calrton, San Juan in San Juan, Puerto Rico

Two years before being acquainted, close friends and relatives wanted Yvonne Levy and Bryan Feldman to meet, but the timing was not right. However, when they were finally ready, they went on a blind date at Soho Beach House. The two immediately clicked and had so many things in common. They had dinner and did not leave until 4 a.m. 

Six months later, they were in Caracas for a friend’s wedding. After the wedding, Bryan left, but Yvonne stayed for her grandmother’s 70th birthday. She went to the salon and when she returned to her house there was a pathway of roses illuminated with candles all the way to the garden. Bryan was standing at the end with a ring. She was completely surprised.

It took two months for them to decide on a venue. They both wanted a destination wedding, somewhere between Miami and Caracas. They decided on Puerto Rico. Yvonne’s mother was attentive every step of the way helping her with every detail.

The day of the wedding was exciting. The bride was in her room getting ready accompanied by her mother, sisters, aunts and grandmothers. It was such a happy and wonderful day. She was in disbelief as she walked down the aisle. “I was actually getting married and I found the love of my life,” says Yvonne.

During the reception, everyone was dancing. They had hora loca which is very common in a Latin wedding. The wedding ended at 6:30 am. 

At the end of the festivities, the couple was happy knowing they would be spending their lives together. “We were so grateful to everyone that helped us make our wedding happen and came to be part of it,” says Yvonne.

For their honeymoon, they visited Thailand and after six months of being married they are expecting a baby boy.
