A Fairytale-Inpsired Wedding At The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place in Jakarta, Indonesia

Cindy Eddendi had always dreamt of a fairytale romance like in Disney stories when the princess meets the prince. However, her story was just the opposite; she had found her fairytale in the midst of an ordinary life which was why she wanted to incorporate her fairytale romance into their wedding.

Wilmar Lay and Cindy had been friends for years ever since she lived in Melbourne, Australia. He was someone she could count on, but she never thought he would ever be the prince in her fairytale. Wilmar did not believe in fairytale romances. 

For him, love was commitment, patience and acceptance. While for Cindy, love was about flowers, romance and surprises. Therefore, love did not blossom when they were first introduced.

Five years later, when Cindy lived in Jakarta, Indonesia, and Wilmar in Melbourne, Australia they met again at a friend's wedding in Bali. From that moment, chemistry sparked and they spoke more often and became closer friends.

Many years had passed and Cindy did not realize that she had found a lifetime partner that was right in front of her eyes. Their fourteen month relationship has been long distance with Wilmar coming home for long weekends. 

Aside from the distance, they only struggle with time difference and being busy at work. The distance has built a strong commitment and their patience has kept them together.
