As soon as we got engaged, we knew we wanted a fall wedding in New York City; the city where we live, met and fell in love. Guastavino's, a magnificent event space built into the arches of the Queensboro Bridge, was the perfect venue for our dream wedding.
We chose L'Atelier Rouge to bring the space to life with flowers and decor as well as The Pete Saunders Band (of Hank Lane Music) to be sure our guests danced all night long.

Our wedding day, October 20, 2012, was the best day of our lives. It was a beautiful fall day and we had an incredible time taking pictures throughout the city with our bridal party. Images included an impromptu series of snapshots on the Subway after our bus got stuck in traffic on the way to Central Park.
Once we exchanged our vows in front of 230 of our closest friends and family, we all danced the night away. One of our favorite features of the wedding was a photo booth that printed two set of photos: one for our guests to keep and one for our guest book with a personal note.
It was fun to see the pictures get wilder as the evening got later! Our wedding day was perfect and we could not imagine a more special beginning to our lives together.
