Bill Spinner's passion for food and wine developed while he was growing up with two generations of professional chefs and restaurateurs. A graduate of the Hospitality School at Penn State, he began his career in New York at the iconic Window’s on the World restaurant before moving on to specialize in catering at the Rainbow Room, Cipriani and The Pierre. As Director of Catering at The Pierre for 27 years, he has served as host to celebrities, socialites, heads of state and other dignitaries. Bill is an active member of the Chaine de Rotisseurs, NY Wine and Food Society, James Beard Foundation, National Association of Catering Executives and the Mentor Program at Penn State University.
