Amid the parade of gorgeous wedding gowns we saw at this month’s New York Bridal Fashion Week, there were several intricate details that designers implemented to complete their latest collections. These chic bridal accessories range from the miniature to the bold, offering a fashion-forward option for any Fall 2020 bride-to-be. Here are some of our favorites, captured backstage and on the runway by our fabulous photographers, Josh Wong and Kellie Walsh.
Micro Purses at Ines Di Santo
There’s bags, there’s “baguettes” (thanks to Fendi), and then there’s the most adorable collection of micro purses by Ines Di Santo. The designer’s Fall 2020 collection was inspired by the Impressionist movement, and these miniature bridal handbags are a delicate complement to the romantic lace, appliques, and dreamy washes of color displayed by the wedding gowns. We love the intricate, ornamental quality of these micro purses, which brides can easily carry with them throughout the wedding day.

Bridal Halos at Inbal Dror
The classic bridal tiara is here to stay. At New York Bridal Fashion Week, however, Inbal Dror presented a spectacular lineup of Fall 2020 bridal gowns that showcased a stunning new accessory – the bridal halo. These halos are perfect for brides who want a little less “princess” and a little more “fashionable heavenly body.”

Avant-Garde Headpieces at Anne Barge
Known for their timeless wedding gowns and Southern roots, Anne Barge Couture made a splash on the runway this season by balancing classic wedding dress shapes with avant-garde headpieces. Models wore a colorful and artful selection of floral headdresses, as well as bridal masks that are deliciously couture. Even if a bride doesn’t choose to wear a mask down the aisle, chic bridal accessories can take a pre-wedding photo shoot to the next level.

Bridal Chokers at Pedram Couture
For a Victorian-esque addition to any wedding gown, Pedram Couture styled their models with romantic bridal chokers matching the details on the dress. This offers a beautiful element of continuity, completing the entire bridal look to perfection.
