The exclusive Monarch Bay Beach Club (opening in May of this year) offers a pristine oceanfront dining experience; AVEO Table + Bar is perfect for al fresco dining; and Bourbon Steak Orange County, a Michael Mina Restaurant has been named the number one restaurant in Orange County by the Orange County Register. For rehearsal dinners, Bourbon Steak also has a private dining room that can accommodate up to 24 guests. Alternatively, the Wine Cave by Bourbon Steak and Terrace features 100-year-old French paved flooring, stone walls, and can seat up to 40 guests for a rehearsal dinner on the outdoor terrace.

With outdoor wedding ceremonies being in such high demand, Monarch Beach Resort has four picturesque settings to choose from – the Grand Lawn (seats up to 300), the Pacific Lawn (seats up to 700), the Mediterranean-style Botanical Garden (seats up to 120), and the Botanical Lawn (seats up to 120). Adjacent to the Botanical Lawn, Club 19 is a unique indoor/outdoor space providing guests an easy transition between the ceremony and reception. And for larger guests lists, couples can transform the spacious Pacific Ballroom (up to 700 people) or the Monarch Ballroom (up to 300 people) into the wedding reception space of their dreams.
