A: Classic. Charming. Luxurious.
GO: How far in advance does a couple need to reserve a wedding date?
A: Prime dates tend to book 12+ months in advance. However, if you are flexible with your dates, we've booked weddings a month prior.
GO: Are onsite wedding planners available for the wedding process?
A: Our events managers will help with the details regarding setup, rentals, and menu selection. However, a wedding planner is highly suggested to help you with the rest of your planning such as searching for all other vendors, organizing your personal items, developing your timeline, etc.
GO: Are accommodations and buyouts available? What is the capacity limit?
A: Absolutely! We have 130 guestrooms and we can do a buy-out of the property for your own oceanside mansion for the weekend.
GO: What spaces are available for ceremonies and receptions?
A: We have a variety of spaces available for all of your events. For weddings with 50 guests or less, the Ocean Front Deck and Skyline Deck is a great combination. For larger weddings, the Skyline Deck and Atrium provide ample space and beautiful surroundings.
GO: What are some of the amenities, incentives and activities The Betsy offers a couple?
A: A comp suite the night of the wedding, plus arranged custom activities for groups (beach parties and games, cocktail making classes, etc.).
GO: Service is imperative in the wedding industry. What does The Betsy offer couples and their guests that set you apart?
A: Dedicated Wedding Day concierge for the bridal party as they get ready on the big day. Property concierge that can assist with any arrangements they would like, including transportation and restaurant recommendations. We could arrange docent tours for the group to discuss the art galleries throughout the property. Weekly "Meet the Artist" receptions with our inhouse artist at the time. We’re also a pet-friendly property, and pet sitting services can be arranged.
