GO: Are onsite wedding planners available for the wedding process?
A: Wedding couples will have an event manager for their contracted events that will work on-property details while their outside wedding planner will handle the finer details of the ceremony and reception, and ultimately be the couple's contact throughout the wedding day.
GO: Are accommodations and buyouts available? What is the capacity limit?
A: Yes, we offer guest rooms to all wedding couples and their guests. In total, we have 88 guest rooms and contracted buyouts are available. We are also fortunate to have a sister-hotel, Orchards Inn, sharing our property which gives wedding guests additional room types to reserve.

The Creekhouse, a 5-bedroom luxury suite, is situated on Oak Creek for ceremonies, receptions and wedding party guest rooms. We also have Spiritsong Terrace for ceremonies that sits above the hotel property and offers 180-degree views of the red rocks. Cottageside Lawn borders Oak Creek for ceremonies and receptions. The Monet Ballroom and Garden Lawn offers wedding receptions in an indoor/outdoor venue with views of the red rocks and romantic wood-burning fireplaces inside. Finally, two additional creekside settings for intimate wedding dinners include Creekside Reserve and the Overlook Patio.
