A: Exclusive, breathtaking, timeless.
GO: How far in advance does a couple need to reserve a wedding date?
A: The Bel-Air Bay Club reserves dates anywhere from 1 ½ years to 3-6 months out, depending on day of the week requested. Saturdays, being the most requested, do tend to book up quite far in advance.
GO: Are onsite wedding planners available for the wedding process?
A: Bel-Air Bay Club offers a turn-key event experience. Our helpful onsite Special Events Coordinators are thrilled to assist in the customization of your unique floor plan, the planning of your food and beverage selections, and structuring your personalized event timeline. We also proudly offer an Onsite Coordinator to assist in the coordination of all Bel-Air Bay Club details on your event day. In addition to our fantastic staff, many clients do choose to provide their own event planner to oversee all details for the event day including outside vendors and rentals.
GO: Are accommodations and buyouts available? What is the capacity limit?
A: It is our pleasure to offer the optional upgrade for a full day buyout, which grants our evening event client access to begin load-in and set-up of their event, as well as access the onsite dressing areas after 10:00 a.m. on the event day.
We are elated to offer select overnight accommodations for our event clients. All (9) of our charming guest rooms do offer spectacular ocean views.
Bel-Air Bay Club accommodates various floor plan options based on your guest count. Our standard floor plans offer options ranging from 75-275 guests.

A: With sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean our picturesque cliffside lawn is an awe-inspiring location for a wedding ceremony.
Guests enjoy flowing between our beautiful outdoor Spanish-style Courtyard Patio and luxurious Living Room for the cocktail reception. Our festive outdoor Patio dazzles with lighted fountain, roaring fireplace, and globe string lights, all under a blanket of bright stars. Featuring breathtaking views of the Coastline and sophisticated beach-chic décor the Living Room is the epitome of Southern California luxury, offering guests the extravagance of attending an event in a private estate.
The elegant dining and dancing experience will take place in the formal Dining Room which boasts vaulted ceilings, beautiful wrought iron chandeliers, fireplace, and grand windows with expansive views of the Pacific Ocean. The ocean view balcony within steps of our Dining Room offers guests the luxury of enjoying the ocean breeze and the majestic views of the coastline which twinkles for miles to the Santa Monica Pier and Ferris Wheel. Guests will enjoy making themselves at home in your private estate for the evening, with the luxury of flowing throughout the Club at their leisure.

Chef Peter has created menus and established award-winning kitchÂens for a multitude of fine dining restaurants and AAA 5 Diamond resorts.

A: In addition to our world-class special event and service team, we boast our own in-house Coordination experts to guide you through Bel-Air Bay Club details, your wedding rehearsal, and day-of event management, as well as a bridal attendant focused solely on your needs.
