GO: How far in advance does a couple need to reserve a wedding date?
A: Couples usually book a year out or at least 8 to 9 months in advance.

GO: Are onsite wedding planners available for the wedding process?
A: Our events coordinators will assist the couple and we also collaborate with external wedding planners.


GO: Are accommodations and buyouts available? What is the capacity limit?
A: Yes, we offer 123 multi-bedroom villas; therefore, we can accommodate around 350 guests.

GO: What spaces are available for ceremonies and receptions?
A: The beach area, the lobby terrace, and for receptions we could use the beach club and our new venue – MK Blue! There are other areas that work for private events depending on number of guests.

GO: What are some of the amenities, incentives and activities that Banyan Mayakoba offers a couple?

A: Our culinary team will be able to design a menu from scratch according to our clients’ needs. We’re also able to cater kosher food and Indian cuisine.
