Michelle Howard heads Flora Couture by Floral 2000 and oversees all operations to ensure that every clients unique expectations, desires, cultural customs and even religious traditions are met and exceeded with originality & quality.  Michelle's floral experience dates back to her youth where her family's Los Angeles floral studio designed for many prestigious accounts including the Academy Awards, Paramount Studios, & The City of Hope.
